Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a paint shop, automotive workshop, or similar environment is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving materials.
• Basic understanding of workshop safety practices.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist painters with surface preparation, sanding, masking, and cleaning tasks.
• Prepare and organize painting materials, tools, and equipment.
• Mix paint and other materials under supervision when required.
• Clean and maintain spray guns, tools, and workshop equipment.
• Move vehicles, parts, and materials within the workshop as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the paint workshop.
• Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.
• Assist with inventory management and material storage.
• Support the team in meeting production and quality standards.
