REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience in customer support, client services, or call center roles is preferred but not required; entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with data entry, typing, and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) is required
  • Bilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) are a plus
  • Experience with sales or upselling techniques is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Professional phone etiquette and a polished remote work demeanor are highly valued
  • Previous experience with outbound calling or cash handling is beneficial but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns effectively
  • Accurately enter data into company systems using Microsoft Office tools and other software
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow call center protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service
  • Handle customer requests related to billing, account updates, or service changes
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and clear communication during all interactions
  • Support outbound calling efforts when needed for follow-ups or surveys
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience and service delivery
