REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in customer support, client services, or call center roles is preferred but not required; entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with data entry, typing, and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) is required
- Bilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) are a plus
- Experience with sales or upselling techniques is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Professional phone etiquette and a polished remote work demeanor are highly valued
- Previous experience with outbound calling or cash handling is beneficial but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns effectively
- Accurately enter data into company systems using Microsoft Office tools and other software
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow call center protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service
- Handle customer requests related to billing, account updates, or service changes
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and clear communication during all interactions
- Support outbound calling efforts when needed for follow-ups or surveys
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience and service delivery
