Webflow Developer / Designer

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3+ years of serious Webflow experience
• Comfort and experience with Webflow CMS
• Solid HTML/CSS fundamentals
• Experience with scalable class systems (Client-First or similar)
• Comfort with async workflows and Slack communication
• Ability to work independently without handholding
• Understanding of industry design tools and ability to create assets independently

Preferred

• Experience with GSAP, advanced interactions, and motion design
• Proficiency with 3D design tools like Spline and Blender
• Advanced understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or AfterEffects
• Experience in events, ticketing, or entertainment
• Performance optimization focus
• Design systems experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate Figma designs into structured, scalable Webflow builds
• Implement interactions and responsive layouts
• Handle client updates, tweaks, and content changes
• Improve site performance, SEO structure, and accessibility
• Occasionally hop on a call to walk clients through their site
• Support PixlEvents with any additional design skills you bring to the table
