REQUIREMENTS

• Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role with experience in designing for the web.
• Required: Intermediate to expert proficiency with Figma.
• Required: English fluency required.
• Basic HTML understanding and web standards understanding.
• Intermediate to Expert proficiency with MailChimp / MailerLite (or other similar email marketing platforms).
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Strong research skills and enthusiasm to learn new topics.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design – Creates/produces (designs) or procures (hires/manages an expert – client or contractor) designs for various online media including client websites, blog posts, ads, emails, etc. as needed.
• Strategy – Discusses topic ideas with clients (when needed) through email, phone, and/or in-person meetings.
• Media Strategy – Works with team to assist with content design.
• Analyzes and revises assets for consistency, accuracy, and styling guidelines.
• Usability & bug testing of content within scope of design work.
• Helps create digital strategy with other team members.
• Stays current on best practices.
• Assists with brand strategy.
