Warehouse Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
4. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
5. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
2. Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
3. Maintain inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and warehouse documentation.
4. Optimize warehouse space and ensure efficient storage and workflow.
5. Supervise warehouse staff, helpers, and drivers, and allocate daily tasks.
6. Coordinate with Procurement, Inventory, Retail, and other departments to support operational requirements.
7. Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, driver schedules, and GPS tracking.
8. Coordinate facility maintenance, safety inspections, pest control, fire alarm, and HVAC servicing.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, KPIs, and warehouse safety standards.
10. Monitor warehouse performance and implement process improvements where required.
11. Coordinate facility maintenance by arranging technician schedules as required by the project team.
