Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
• Proficiency in operating manual pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification preferred).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and checking for damage to ensure inventory integrity.
• Efficiently pick and pack customer orders, meticulously preparing items for shipment to meet order accuracy and speed targets.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and retrieve goods, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring aisles are clear and products are stored logically to facilitate operations.
