REQUIREMENTS

• A relevant degree and a proven track record in education.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live Virtual Supervision: Be present and attentive throughout the school day (7:40 am – 2:15 pm) to guide students through their schedule. No teaching. This is handled by our AI platform.
• Academic Guidance: Offer explanations and clarifications when pupils are stuck on the AI-powered learning platform.
• Social Development: Actively encourage engagement, collaboration, and social development to help students foster friendships in the virtual environment.
• Classroom Leadership: Lead the Interactive Morning Assembly and the After-Lessons Wrap-Up to set a positive tone and reflect on daily progress.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor student engagement and provide parents with weekly updates on learning progress, strengths, and areas for improvement
