Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in scheduling, coordination, appointment setting, or similar role
  • Strong experience in CRMs, scheduling tools, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Knowledge of ClassCard is preferred
  • Experience in an educational setting is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  • Experience working with international teams (UAE exposure is an advantage)
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and workflows
  • Available to join immediately

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and coordinate daily schedules for staff, clients, and service providers
  • Handle all incoming inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments, clients, and external partners
  • Maintain accurate scheduling systems and ensure all updates are properly recorded
  • Support operations by resolving scheduling conflicts and managing last-minute changes
  • Respond effectively in urgent or emergency scheduling situations
  • Collect and document feedback from stakeholders to support service improvement
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries for management review
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper use of scheduling systems and CRMs
