REQUIREMENTS

• Prior outbound sales or cold calling experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence and resilience in high-volume calling environments
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Consistency and work ethic to handle a high volume of daily calls

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
• Present and communicate company services in a professional and engaging manner
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and lead generation quotas
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude on all interactions
