REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience editing short-form and digital video content (portfolio required)
- Strong storytelling instincts — you understand why content works, not just how to edit it
- Ability to write engaging scripts that feel natural, human, and persuasive
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)
- Comfortable moving fast, experimenting, and iterating quickly
- Self-starter mentality — you don’t need hand-holding
- Bonus points for motion graphics, light VFX, or 3D skills (Cinema 4D / After Effects)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Edit raw footage into scroll-stopping, high-energy videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Write scripts and hooks that convert — ads, UGC-style videos, organic content, and brand storytelling
- Add motion graphics, text animations, sound design, and pacing that keeps viewers locked in
- Collaborate on creative concepts, video ideas, and campaign directions
- Color correct and polish videos for a clean, consistent brand look
- Adapt content for multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Help build the visual identity of a company from day one
