Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Typist or Public Relations Officer (PRO) Assistant in the UAE.
- Strong experience with Tasheel, Tawjeeh, ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE, Emirates ID, visa, and labor transactions.
- Knowledge of all major UAE government procedures and documentation requirements.
- Excellent Arabic and English typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and submit applications through Tasheel, Tawjeeh, ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE, and other government platforms.
- Handle employment visas, labor permits, Emirates ID applications, status changes, cancellations, and renewals.
- Prepare and review documents for accuracy and compliance with UAE regulations.
- Follow up on government transactions and application statuses.
- Assist clients with documentation requirements and government procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client files.
- Stay updated on changes in UAE labor, immigration, and government regulations.
