Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, reservations, or customer service preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized
- Proficient in attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Sales-oriented mindset with a client-first approach
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to inbound reservation inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare detailed, accurate quotes tailored to each client’s travel preferences and budget
- Process and manage bookings, payments, and itinerary changes with a high degree of accuracy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre-trip experience
- Resolve client concerns and booking issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort offerings, packages, and promotions
- Build and maintain client relationships to support repeat business and referrals
- Other sales and marketing tasks as needed.
