Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/High school
• UAE/Middle East Automobile experience
• Well spoken and writing skills in English

RESPONSIBILITES

Vehicle Servicing

1. Complete vehicle servicing checklist, and identify any additional work required, coordinate with Foreman regarding additional customer approval.
2. Deliver a Fast Track service to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Complete any additional work required to the highest standard and in agreed timescales, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Pre Deliver Inspection

1. Complete all pre-delivery inspection requirements as stated by the manufacturer.

Warranty

1. Identify any work required that is covered by the warranty process, ensure all documentation is complete, coordinate with warranty department.

Operational

1. Maintain workshop housekeeping standards at all times including the use of special and personal tools.
2. Comply with the company’s working practices and procedures; ensure all work is carried out observing safe working practices of self and others.
3. Attend regular staff meetings, using them as a basis for the communication of any ideas for improvement in processes or cost savings.

Personal Development

1. Practice personal continuous improvement by attending any relevant courses, assimilate information provided on new product lines and develop an understanding of the latest technology as it applies to servicing.
2. Arrange an annual appraisal with your line manager in accordance with the company’s appraisal process.
