Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in a technical role, with training experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant technical domain (e.g., automotive, IT, manufacturing).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Preferred :

  • Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., Train-the-Trainer).
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and training software.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
  • Good organizational and planning abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and deliver technical training programs, workshops, and learning materials.
  • Assess training needs and design customized training modules.
  • Conduct classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, and on-the-job training.
  • Evaluate trainee performance through tests, assessments, and feedback.
  • Update training content based on new technologies, tools, and industry standards.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training with business goals.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during training.
  • Support onboarding and skill development initiatives.
