REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (5–10+ years) in software development or engineering.
• Strong proficiency in relevant technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or others depending on the domain).
• Experience with system design and architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a team of developers/engineers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Design system architecture and make key technical decisions.
• Review code to ensure quality, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, supporting skill development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as QA, DevOps, and product management.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.
