REQUIREMENTS

• Strong understanding of subsidence claims or experience managing a portfolio of complex claims.

• Ability to manage workloads, competing priorities and changing demands effectively.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and responding to periods of increased volume.
• Willingness to embrace innovation, new ways of working and ongoing professional development.
• Experience as a team leader or as a subsidence professional ready to move into leadership.
• Experience as a claims handler with strong technical expertise.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Lead, develop and inspire colleagues within the specialist subsidence team.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to the team.
• Drive performance and identify development opportunities.
• Create a positive and engaged team culture.
• Manage a personal portfolio of subsidence claims.
• Support the wider team and work closely with leadership.
• Deputise for leadership when required.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Manage changing priorities and lead by example.
