Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate, with a strong focus on the secondary market.
• Minimum 2 years of successful team leadership experience.
• Must have an active and productive team of real estate agents willing to transition and join with the Team Leader.
• Demonstrated track record of generating sales, listings, and revenue in the Dubai property market.
• Strong network of property owners, investors, and industry contacts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• RERA certification preferred.
• UAE Driving License and own vehicle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Join the company with an existing team of Secondary Market Real Estate Agents.
• Lead, manage, and develop the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Drive the acquisition of exclusive listings and increase transaction volumes.
• Ensure high levels of team productivity, performance, and client satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor team members to maximize sales effectiveness and conversion rates.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share within Dubai’s secondary market.
• Monitor team KPIs, pipeline management, and sales performance.
• Support agents in negotiations and closing high-value transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and key market stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
