System Engineer/DevOps – Senior

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering supporting high-load distributed systems
• Production-grade Kubernetes administration and complex Helm templating
• Strong grasp of multi-cloud patterns and cloud cost optimization
• Deep Linux administration and L4/L7 traffic layer configuration
• Mastery of declarative IaC and proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash
• Intermediate or higher English and Russian (B1+)

Preferred

• Experience scaling infrastructure for AI-powered applications, LLM frameworks, or MLOps pipelines

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and maintain scalable, multi-tenant Kubernetes platforms using reusable Helm templates
• Own pipeline reliability, cost, and speed, including automated release gates and vulnerability scanning
• Build custom tools to extend platform capabilities and standardize shared environments
• Maintain distributed tracing, logging, and metrics systems
• Consult development teams on system architecture, resource optimization, and traffic routing patterns
