Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Quota-driven sales experience in the technology industry, specifically in network or security infrastructure
  • Extensive management experience leading remote field sales teams
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Clari for pipeline and forecast management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of internetworking infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies
  • Experience with SaaS-based value selling and positioning
  • Ability to develop and maintain CxO-level relationships
  • BA degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee sales directly to end-users and manage a team of Account Managers
  • Develop sales strategies, territory plans, and forecast sales volumes for the Gulf region
  • Cultivate relationships with key channel partners, enterprise customers, and industry leaders
  • Drive annual revenue targets, sales goals, quotas, and budgets within the Gulf
  • Supervise staff including performance evaluations, training, and professional development
  • Execute highly cadenced sales motions including pipeline management and weekly forecasting
  • Support the sales cycle by engaging in key customer and channel opportunities
