Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of five years of experience of relevant experience.
- Experience in process analysis and modeling of complex systems.
- Adept at identifying test cases that validate core functionality.
- Produces a broad range of documentation for both technical and non-technical users.
- SAFe, PMP or other relevant certification preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gathers, documents and publishes user needs and requirements through reviewing existing documentation as well as direct meetings with stakeholders.
- Prepares content for operations and procedures manuals to enhance management efficiency and effectiveness.
- Produces a variety of diagrams that enhance a broad range of documentation.
