Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Sitecore experience, with at least 2+ years of production experience in Sitecore XM Cloud or headless/composable Sitecore.
• Proven track record of architecting enterprise-scale, multi-site, and multi-language Sitecore solutions.
• Strong integration expertise involving REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
• Experience with identity federation and SSO (Azure AD, OIDC, or SAML).
• Strong .NET/C# background and proficiency in modern front-end rendering architectures like Next.js or React.
• Experience defining CI/CD and DevOps practices specifically for Sitecore.
• Excellent English communication skills for leading client-facing design sessions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define the Sitecore XM Cloud architecture, including rendering host strategy, content modeling, and multi-site/multi-market structures.
• Design bi-directional, governed API contracts between Sitecore and enterprise CRMs via integration layers.
• Architect single sign-on (SSO) solutions across Sitecore and CRM platforms using Azure AD.
• Define personalization architecture and audience segment activation from customer data platforms.
• Set and safeguard non-functional requirements regarding page load speeds, API latency, and high concurrency support.
• Own the CI/CD architecture, including Sitecore CLI, Azure DevOps, and branching strategies.
• Produce solution design documents, sequence diagrams, and integration specifications.
• Mentor senior and mid-level developers while setting coding, security, and documentation standards.
