REQUIREMENTS

– Proven experience as a Site Chief or similar role in the construction industry.
– Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teams.
– Excellent knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety regulations.
– Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
– Relevant certifications in construction management or site supervision are preferred.
– Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing project requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage site staff to ensure efficient workflow.
– Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, enforcing strict safety protocols on site.
– Monitor project progress and report to senior management on status, challenges, and solutions.
– Manage resource allocation and resolve any issues that could delay or impact quality of work.
– Conduct site inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to project specifications.
– Maintain accurate documentation related to site activities, including progress reports and incident records.
