ServiceNow QA/Test Lead (Manual)
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven hands-on experience testing ServiceNow platforms
- Strong manual testing skills across web-based applications
- Test case design and test strategy development
- Experience with JIRA and TestRail
- API testing and basic SQL troubleshooting
- 6+ years of relevant QA experience
Preferred
- ServiceNow certifications (preferred)
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certification
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (advantageous)
- Prior exposure to ITSM/CMDB implementations at enterprise scale
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate QA activities for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Catalog)
- Define and implement test strategies, plans and test cases to ensure full coverage
- Execute functional, regression, exploratory and integration testing
- Validate API and SQL-based integrations and data integrity
- Log, track and manage defects using JIRA/TestRail; ensure timely resolutions
- Collaborate with product owners, developers and offshore teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Mentor junior QA engineers and drive QA best practices
