REQUIREMENTS

• 3–8 years of UI/UX design experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with Design Systems & Accessibility (WCAG) compliance.
• Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create user journeys, personas, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction across digital products.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, user-centered solutions.
• Design visually appealing and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Deliver pixel-perfect mockups and high-fidelity designs ready for development handoff.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams to align designs with business goals.
• Mentor and review the work of junior designers to maintain quality and consistency.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and prototypes to stakeholders.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, agile workflows, and design critiques.
