Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role at a software publisher or consulting firm
• Strong understanding of the legal sector (corporate law, compliance, governance, contracts, etc.)
• Proficiency in complex B2B SaaS sales cycles
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (C1 level)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze the functional and technical needs of prospects, including lawyers, legal counsel, and general secretaries
• Define response and positioning strategies for Enterprise clients in collaboration with the sales team
• Write and respond to functional and technical Requests for Proposals (RFP/RFI)
• Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations and Proof of Value (PoV) environments
• Translate legal business needs into compelling storytelling and concrete platform solutions
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to communicate field needs and functional gaps
• Contribute to commercial proposals and define priority use cases and associated ROI
