Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role at a software publisher or consulting firm
- Strong understanding of the legal sector (corporate law, compliance, governance, contracts, etc.)
- Proficiency in complex B2B SaaS sales cycles
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (C1 level)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze the functional and technical needs of prospects, including lawyers, legal counsel, and general secretaries
- Define response and positioning strategies for Enterprise clients in collaboration with the sales team
- Write and respond to functional and technical Requests for Proposals (RFP/RFI)
- Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations and Proof of Value (PoV) environments
- Translate legal business needs into compelling storytelling and concrete platform solutions
- Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to communicate field needs and functional gaps
- Contribute to commercial proposals and define priority use cases and associated ROI
