Senior Software Engineer – Backend
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience with .NET C# and Golang.
- Knowledge and experience with Spark and Python.
- 5+ years of hands-on software development and architecture experience on large-scale distributed backend systems.
- Experience in building high-load compute systems, preferably in finance domains, backed by a MSSQL server.
- Experience building cloud applications on AWS or Azure, utilizing technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environments.
- Experience with Agile development of distributed services, focusing on robust software design, scalability, availability, and security.
- Eagerness to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Ability to apply engineering standard processes.
- A positive demeanor and a passion for technology and the financial industries.
- BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or similar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, scale, and maintain an enterprise financial reconciliation application that provides a world-class user experience for finance professionals.
- Collaborate with technical teams on the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of backend applications.
- Serve as a technical domain leader, providing guidance and craftsmanship to your team while owning the delivery of features.
- Implement standard methodologies for architecture, coding, testing, and deployment to elevate engineering excellence.
