Senior QA Engineer

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of manual QA experience within web product teams
• Experience in fintech or other regulated domains
• Strong hands-on experience with exploratory, functional, regression, and acceptance testing
• Familiarity with APIs, basic backend concepts, and CI/CD practices
• Experience with bug-tracking and test-management tools like Jira
• Proficiency with browser devtools
• Excellent written and verbal English and Russian

Preferred

• Experience in a regulated fintech environment
• Ability to present findings concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and maintain test plans, test cases, and checklists for web and mobile features
• Execute exploratory, functional, regression, and acceptance testing across different environments and devices
• Reproduce, triage, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis
• Work with Product Managers, Developers, and Support to define acceptance criteria
• Validate releases in staging and production and perform smoke tests
• Maintain test documentation and produce actionable bug reports
• Contribute to improving QA processes and increase testability and automation coverage
