REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 4+ years in project or programme management, ideally within SaaS technology or enterprise software organisations.
• Client Focus: Demonstrated success managing strategic accounts and delivering complex workstreams for high-value clients.
• Methodology: Strong command of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid approaches) and proven ability to apply them effectively.
• Excellent communication skills — able to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Exceptional organisational skills with a proven ability to plan, prioritise and report clearly in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort managing ambiguity.
• Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
• Experience with Atlassian suite e.g Jira, Confluence, utilising AI to automate processes and Google Suite is a plus
• PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent certification is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the primary point of contact for two strategic enterprise sports accounts, leading delivery and managing expectations.
• Drive end-to-end project planning and execution of quarterly deliverables, ensuring milestone achievement on time and to agreed quality standards.
• Build, manage, and communicate clear and transparent project plans, including timelines, risk registers, dependencies, resource allocation and status updates.
• Coordinate internal resources and cross-functional teams to remove blockers and influence outcomes.
• Maintain strong customer relationships — proactively reporting status, issues, and risks; facilitating planning sessions and delivery reviews.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and help resolve disputes or scope questions with professionalism.
• Apply structured project management methodologies to continuously improve processes, outputs, and customer satisfaction.
• Advocate for customers internally, ensuring feedback is tracked and reflected in future planning or product priorities.
