REQUIREMENTS

• · Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) ·
• Total Experience: 10–15 years · Gulf Experience: 10 years (mandatory) ·
• Strong experience in Plumbing, Drainage & Water Supply Systems ·
• Hands-on exposure in Villa Projects and High-Rise Buildings ·
• In-depth knowledge of UAE authorities’ regulations (DEWA, DM, Civil Defence, etc.)
• · Ability to handle design review, material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements ·
• Strong coordination with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams

RESPONSIBILITES

• Lead and manage all plumbing and drainage works on-site ·
• Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals ·
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, and safety standards ·
• Monitor site progress, quality, and productivity ·
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors ·
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions ·
• Support testing, commissioning, and final handover activities
