REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• 5-8 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in-house within the ICT or technology sector
• Proven expertise in negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align legal solutions with business objectives
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-border environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of ICT-related agreements, including SaaS, cloud infrastructure, software licenses, and strategic partnerships
• Provide legal support during pre-sales and post-sales phases to help structure and close complex commercial deals
• Lead legal negotiations with hyperscalers, partners, and enterprise customers
• Advise on corporate, commercial, data protection, and regulatory matters relevant to ICT operations in the GCC and MENA region
• Monitor legal developments and emerging risks related to cybersecurity, AI, and data governance
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle and maintain robust contract templates
• Support corporate governance by drafting shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, and company policies
• Coordinate with external counsel and government relations officers to ensure regulatory compliance and timely filings
