Senior/Lead QA Automation Engineer (AI)

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 6-8 years of experience in QA automation.
• Expertise in UI automation using tools like Selenium or Playwright.
• Strong expertise in API automation (e.g., Rest Assured) and manual testing (e.g., Postman).
• Proven experience in QA leadership or coordinating QA activities.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Extensive experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SQL for database validation.

Preferred

• Experience testing AI/ML-based applications, chatbots, RAG platforms, or LLM-based tools.
• Knowledge of prompt validation, AI response quality checks, and hallucination checks.
• Experience with OCR, document extraction, or NLP-based products.
• Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter or k6.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate QA activities across all Neio Project products within the AI Product Suite.
• Own QA planning, work allocation, test execution tracking, and status reporting.
• Guide mid-level QA resources on test coverage, automation standards, and defect quality.
• Review test cases, automation scripts, API test coverage, and execution results.
• Act as the primary QA point of contact for product, development, and business teams.
• Drive automation framework improvements and ensure QA process consistency.
• Track QA metrics including test execution progress, defect status, and automation coverage.
• Identify testing risks early and escalate blockers to stakeholders.
