Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience in creating designs for both print and digital platforms
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Preferred

• Previous experience working remotely
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create visually appealing and impactful designs for marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website layouts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to ensure engaging visual content
• Work closely with printers and external vendors to ensure high-quality production of materials
• Review and provide feedback on design deliverables from junior designers or external agencies
