Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• 8-10 years of experience in project management and Agile execution
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple teams of 10+ members
• Strong background in technology and software development lifecycle
• Experience in delivering complex digital projects in fast-paced environments

Preferred

• E-commerce industry experience
• Hands-on development experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as an Agile coach, mentoring and training engineering team members on best practices
• Foster a self-organizing, high-performing team culture through facilitation and coaching
• Guide teams in writing, splitting, and sizing sprints for maximum efficiency
• Identify impediments and dependencies, working proactively to resolve them
• Lead team retrospectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business value and define project scope
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with business plans and delivery timelines
• Plan project phases, resource allocation, and internal/external dependencies
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee sprint execution, manage scope changes, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Provide clear and timely updates on project progress through reporting
