SAP SF Time Tracking Consultant
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Time Tracking/Time Management modules.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and time tracking functionalities within SAP SF.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide solutions to client challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Relevant SAP certifications, particularly in SuccessFactors, are a plus.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors trends and updates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with clients to understand their time tracking needs and objectives.
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions to meet business requirements.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
- Assist in system testing, validation, and implementation of time tracking functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for time tracking-related issues.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and best practices to provide informed recommendations.
