Sales Supervisor

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous sales supervision experience in Dubai is a must.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai areas and field sales operations.
• Good reporting skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple sales locations and follow up closely with agents.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

RESPONSIBILTIES

• Supervise and follow up with sales agents across assigned points of sale.
• Visit locations regularly to ensure proper sales activity, discipline, and performance.
• Monitor daily sales results and support agents in achieving targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Excel.
• Identify sales issues, operational gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with management regarding agent performance, market feedback, and location needs.
• Ensure agents are following company standards, procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Support training, motivation, and problem-solving for the field sales team.
