RESPONSIBILITES

• Communicate with prospective and existing clients regarding travel needs
• Identify travel preferences, dates, and budgets
• Research and present appropriate travel options
• Prepare travel quotes and booking options
• Assist clients throughout the reservation process
• Follow up with clients regarding quotes and reservations
• Maintain accurate client and booking information
• Provide professional customer service
• Stay informed about destinations, travel products, and supplier offerings
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
