REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities in English to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of telemarketing techniques, outbound calling strategies, and warm calling practices.
  • Ability to understand technical products or services and convey complex information in an accessible manner.
  • Demonstrated skills in customer service, business development, and marketing collaboration.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the discipline required for remote work environments. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage in outbound calling campaigns to prospect new clients and nurture existing relationships through warm calling techniques.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments to tailor solutions that meet client requirements, demonstrating strong negotiation skills throughout the process.
  • Present product or service offerings confidently via phone or virtual meetings, emphasizing technical features and benefits aligned with customer needs.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop business opportunities through strategic business development initiatives and continuous follow-up with prospects.
