Sales Representative

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of field sales or business development experience
• Experience in the waste management, environmental services, or facilities management industry is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Valid UAE driving license (essential for field work)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
• Familiarity with the Dubai/UAE business environment and geography

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospect, identify, and acquire new clients across commercial, industrial, and municipal sectors in Dubai
• Conduct regular field visits, site assessments, and in-person client meetings
• Present and pitch waste management solutions tailored to client needs
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing accounts
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry regulations in the UAE
