REQUIREMENTS

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in FnV / F&B / FMCG in the Hospitality (HoReCa) segment
  • Must have experience handling key accounts in the 5‑star hotel category (Groups / Chains)
  • Strong background in customer relationship management and service follow‑through
  • Good understanding of HoReCa supply chain, food safety, and fresh produce handling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Protect and grow revenue from existing Hospitality customers
  • Increase sales via upselling additional products and cross-selling new categories
  • Identify, target, and acquire new Hospitality customers across Hotels, Resorts, Fine Dining, Catering groups
  • Build strong relationships with Executive Chefs, F&B Directors, Purchase Heads, and Culinary teams
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments as per agreed credit terms
  • Track customer demand, order patterns, and suggest product mix improvements
  • Work closely with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure smooth service and delivery
  • Conduct regular market visits, identify opportunities, and address service gaps
