Sales Executive

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Confident in outbound sales, cold calling, and client acquisition
• Target-driven with a proactive and “never give up” attitude
• Ability to travel for client meetings when required
• Must be currently based in Dubai

Preferred

• 2 years sales experience in UAE
• IT Sales / SaaS / ERP / Software sales experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and client meetings
• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct presentations and discussions with business owners and decision-makers
• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into clients
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements and proposals
