REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in the Financial Industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Additional languages will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented personality.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
  • Promote the company’s financial products and services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand clients’ financial requirements and provide suitable product information.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions to convert prospects into customers.
  • Achieve individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
