REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in the Financial Industry is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Additional languages will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented personality.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Promote the company’s financial products and services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients’ financial requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions to convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
