Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • You are a strong communicator in English — clear, confident, and natural on camera
  • You are based in Asia and available to take calls during US, UK, or UAE business hours
  • You are coachable — you follow the script before you try to improve it
  • You are hungry — you see every call as a rep, not just a paycheck
  • You have some sales experience — B2B, high ticket, or agency sales is a strong plus
  • You are comfortable with silence — you know when to shut up and let the prospect close themselves

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Running 1-on-1 video sales calls with warm, pre-qualified prospects
  • Following our client’s script and CLOSER framework
  • Handling objections using a proven system you will be fully trained on
  • Sending pre-call reminders and doing 5 minutes of prep before every call
  • Logging calls, outcomes, and notes in the CRM after every session
  • Participating in weekly game tape reviews to improve your close rate
