Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales, purchasing, or a combined procurement and sales role.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and achieving cost reductions or revenue targets.
• Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Negotiate and finalize purchase agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to optimize cost savings.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and securing new business opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and potential new suppliers or customers.
• Oversee inventory management and stock control, implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and reduce holding costs while meeting demand.
