REQUIREMENTS

Arab nationality (mandatory)
Minimum 8 years of experience managing restaurants in the UAE
Proven background in Lebanese or Arabic cuisine restaurants
Strong knowledge of UAE F&B market, customer preferences, and compliance standards
Hands-on leadership experience in full restaurant operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Highly customer-focused with a passion for hospitality excellence
Trend-aware and digitally savvy with a modern approach to restaurant management
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, quality, and efficiency
Lead, train, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer experience
Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and hygiene regulations
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and footfall
- Strong awareness of how social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) influence restaurant visibility and customer traffic
- Works closely with marketing teams or agencies to support promotions, influencer collaborations, and campaigns
- Keeps updated with current F&B trends, customer behavior, and modern restaurant marketing strategies
- Contributes ideas to attract new customers and improve brand positioning in the market
- Understands how digital presence impacts customer decisions and restaurant reputation
- Uses business insight and operational feedback to support marketing direction and improve customer experience and sales performance
