Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• PhD in a science or healthcare field
• Early- to mid-career professional experience in oncology (research, clinical, or translational)
• Well-developed research capabilities using PubMed, Google Scholar, or similar
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for client advisory roles
• Ability to make rapid decisions in the face of ambiguity and deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in client calls alongside clinicians to communicate research findings and support decision-making
• Analyze patient medical records, including data extraction and tracking of lab values and clinical outcomes
• Identify, review, and analyze medical literature across clinical and research topics
• Interpret molecular diagnostics and laboratory tests to support patient care decisions
• Research, evaluate, and prioritize treatment options, including standard of care and investigational approaches
• Identify and evaluate potential clinical trials through database searching and site contact
• Create patient education documents such as written reports, presentations, and charts
