REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized when managing multiple travel plans.
  • Ability to work independently and manage client requests.
  • Experience in travel planning, hospitality, tourism, or customer service is helpful but not required.
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms or reservation systems is a plus.
  • Interest in travel and helping others plan memorable trips.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consult with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, and budgets.
  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities.
  • Create customized itineraries for leisure or business travel.
  • Coordinate reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and excursions.
  • Communicate with travel suppliers including hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators.
  • Stay informed about travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates.
  • Provide responsive customer service throughout the travel planning process.
  • Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat travel and referrals.
