REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with procurement software is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate purchasing options
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the procurement of travel-related products and services
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support the development of procurement strategies
- Collaborate with the finance team to process purchase orders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to support project needs
