REQUIREMENTS
Software Experience: Prior experience utilizing WebPT or similar medical electronic medical records (EMR) software is highly preferred. Direct familiarity with medical insurance tracking is a major plus.
Technical Proficiency: Highly comfortable adapting to cloud-based applications and mobile smartphone tools to perform daily business functions cleanly.
Communication Style: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must possess a warm, professional, and reassuring phone/text presence suited for patients seeking medical care.
Work Environment: Must have access to a secure, private, and quiet home office environment equipped with a reliable high-speed internet connection to maintain patient confidentiality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Communication & Lead Management: Manage the practice’s digital phone system via our GoDaddy phone application. Responsively answer incoming texts, field phone calls, and clear/return voicemails from prospective and current patients.
Patient Data Entry: Input new patient demographic information, medical histories, referral sources, and digital intake documentation into our WebPT platform with extreme accuracy.
Instant Insurance Verifications: Utilize WebPT’s built-in instant verification tools to verify physical therapy benefits, tracking deductibles, co-pays, and visit limits quickly without waiting on prolonged phone holds with insurance payers.
Therapist Coordination: Keep patient electronic charts fully updated so that our field therapists have completely cleared, accurate information prior to their home visits.
