RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reach new callers and go over their coverage options by phone.
• Explore plans with each family that fit their budget.
• Help new families work through the application from start to finish.
• Address questions from warm leads about benefits and plan options.
• Book follow-up calls with warm leads who need time to decide.
• Keep tidy notes on every conversation with callers.
