Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles, preferably with call center experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is highly desirable (bilingual or multilingual).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for efficient multitasking and data management.
  • Experience in sales or client services roles that involve outbound calling or upselling is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions with professionalism.
  • Knowledge of customer support best practices, including call etiquette and active listening techniques.
  • Previous experience handling cash transactions or performing data entry tasks accurately.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Assist clients with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and processing transactions with accuracy and care.
  • Utilize data entry skills to update customer records, document interactions, and manage account information efficiently within our CRM system.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries, gather feedback, or promote new products and services.
  • Provide bilingual or multilingual support to accommodate diverse client needs across different regions.
  • Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
